For WORLD CEILIDH 2010 we will again be running a return bus service from Edinburgh & Glasgow to Knockengorroch.
You cannot book a one-way ticket, sorry, but there will certainly be some empty seats for the return journey – see below.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT CURRENTLY WE ARE RUNNING THE KNOCKBUS ONLY ON THURSDAY 27 MAY 2010 [PLUS OF COURSE THE RETURN JOURNEY ON Monday 31 May]
WE WILL RUN A FRIDAY KNOCKBUS IF THERE IS ENOUGH DEMAND. AT LEAST 35 SEATS MUST BE SOLD BEFORE BUS WILL RUN.

On Thursday 27 May 2010 the bus will arrive in Edinburgh, Waterloo Place at 12:30pm and leave at 12.45pm, then travel to Glasgow outside Queen Street railway Station [almost opposite George Square], arriving at 1:45pm and leaving Glasgow at 2.00.pm
PLEASE BE AT PICK UP POINT IN GOOD TIME – AT LEAST 10 min before it is due to arrive.
We cannot be held responsible if you miss the bus! If there are spare seats, you may buy a bus ticket on the spot.
For the return journey, please congregate in front of festival office BY 10.00am on Monday 31 MAY..You will be transported to where you were dropped off at the road end from where the bus will leave at noon for the return journey.
As there are always empty seats for the return journey, please ask at office on Mon morning 31 MAY BY 10.00am if you would like to buy a one-way seat to return to Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will have to wait until all pre-booked passengers are checked off before you may be allocated a seat. One way to Glasgow £12, one way to Edinburgh £15
